Few weeks ago there's this guy who ICQ me for help. As usual, I try to help him the best I can. Guess what he does to thank me? I hope he doesn't copy it also. <br /><br />Does any of you has any ideas on how to proceed to make this un-creative prick respect my copyrights? <br /><br />Thanks for the help, <br /><br />FAT

thats funny,i found a few days before <a href="http://www.dailysexstand.com" target="_blank">http://www.dailysexstand.com</a> in my serverstats.<br />now i looked where the hits came from.<br /><br />check out his galleries,he hotlinks the pics from other webmasters,hotlinks the banner,background,and he places his code as sponsorcode at the banners.<br />i don't changed my things,since htaccess transports the peoples directly to a paysite-mainpage,if they click a pic;-)<br /><br />but i tought he must be really worse.<br />lol

you sure that hes changing the sponsors? if it does then thats pretty cool ...<br /><br />if annoying for the gallery maker and destructive in the long run ..and illegal ..and and and<br /><br />btw im not say that because she/hes done its cool, but the way (well im assuming how she/hes done it is with a script) they've done it.<br /><br />laters,<br />Chris

at my special gallerie he changed my code into his code,but sometimes he links only the movies/pics,and removes all advertising.<br /><br />but for 50 hits to my mainpage,he may take the 3 hits to the banner with his code;-)<br /><br />if he would copy a whole tgp-page itself,i would be really pissed,and i doubt he would be online anymore;-)

try contacting his host about this and also his sponsors. show them he's hotlinking and violating copyright and most will either drop him or warn him to change it the same day.<br /><br />ars did that when someone stole my friend's galleries.
