this will happen<br />that but25 graphic<br />colors are extremely close<br />obviously this was all intentional<br />over color, font, and that one graphic, i doubt your incomes will be effected<br />although, from a designer standpoint, i'd be mad

except for the colors - gold on black - i'm not seeing too much similarity. i see he also has 3 thumbs on this page top, but so do lots of tgp's and his are shaped differently with no text.<br /><br />other than that, i don't see much in common between the two sites... you have a much better design.

A TGP is a TGP, and i think they all I have something similar....<br /><br />For those who have no creativity or imagination, it's always the fastest and easy way to made one. Copy or cloning.<br /><br />But i must admit that in my last 7 years as webamster, I took some ideas and some sites inspired me in what i've done.<br /><br />But it's always *&^%$#@! to see someone copy everything from someone else.<br /><br />it's my point of view.

Yes I can take some ideas from other sites but not form a trade partner with which I trade some<br />1000 hits per day <br /><br />susan<br /><br />ps:when I copy a picture than I save it not as but25.bmp it have more bytes as jpg

the only similar thing is the colors<br />by the way, your site is looking exactly like many other tgp sites<br /><br />you got nothing original in your site, so you have nothing to complaint about

Ive been in the same shape 2 different times with<br />2 different sites, with a little bitching and <br />talking to the host, things were changed.<br /><br />But in your case I dont see enough similarity<br />to say its a copy? colors arent copyrighted last<br />time I checked and layout is quite different.<br /><br />just my .02 <img border="0" alt="[Hi]" title="" src="graemlins/hi.gif" />
