It's run by Extremgreen and yes they do pay.

I heard extreme green is unreliable and many members complained about them. is that true?

Extremegreen is perfectly reliable. The only problems in the past were that they would only pay you for signups if you sent blind or unique traffic that didn't convert well. But they still always paid for every sign-up you sent.

sorry about that. I meant ezgreen was the unreliable company for mails.
