I have been wanting to try the demo...but their is alot of downloading involved is it worth it?...
what is disabled in the demo version?

The demo version, if I remember correctly, doesn't allow you to modify the database nor does it allow you to actually submit anything with it. What it does do, is build recip pages that you can then submit by hand.
