just a thought what if dialerco copied candid not you ? or what if candid copied dialerco not you ? or what if someone else copied your warning words and sold them to dialerco and candid ? did you contact them first and asked what happend ? or did you just come here for more free publicity ?

Bruce, Cut the bullshit. We got this disclaimer with our contract from our 900 number supplier. Telcoweb also uses the same or similar disclaimer as ours. Why? Because Telcoweb happens to be a client of the same supplier as us. Is Telcoweb stealing your contract too? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="rolleyes.gif" />

This was the stock disclaimer included with our 900 contract from our supplier. Our supplier happens to be the best in the business which is why Telcoweb is using them. Are you claiming our supplier stole that disclaimer from you? It sounds like you are, and that's not a very wise thing to say and you know it.
