TAXES??

FOR the past year I've been doing this and I've been pretty much making shit money. Nothing I could live on, but a "friend" has been helping me out financially. :/ I live in the States and I have no rec'd any 1099 info from my sponsors. I was lucky if I made $1000 last year (I know embarassing). This year I am doing better - please laugh not people. I am freaking out about taxes, do I have to file if I have not gotten anything in? I have no verifiable income!!

I only got about 2 out of 10 1099's<br />my tax man never asked for the 1099's<br /><br />but you should have a business<br />and pay your taxes by March 15th for business taxes, now it's too later for busines.

you DO have to file if you made over $600, but assuming you spent money on ANYTHING, you won't owe any taxes.<br /><br />you have to file whether or not sponsors sent you 1099's.
