You are probably better off as an LLC in your state. Even if you file in Nevada you still are going to get taxed :)
But, if you are set on Inc. just go to Amazon and grab template articles of inc information.

agreed. also, by incorporating in nevada you must also file for foreign corporate status in your own state, which costs more. and i think delaware is the place of choice to incorporate now anyways. ;)
llc is probably best though overall, yeah.

delaware and neveda dont charge state tax

i used to have a low member number, but there was some problems in december, 2000, and i had to sign up over again :-(

Don't you still get taxed in the state you do business? So even if you are inc'd in Nevada you still get taxed when you do biz in another state, by that state?
Anyway if you are an S Corp you will still get taxed by the state you reside in.
If you are C you are gonna get taxed twice, which is not good unless you plan on losing a lot of money at first.
