On which sponsor i will have more signups - sponsor that give freetrial or sponsor where user must pay for trial ?

Everything else being equal, the free signups should yield better results, but that really depends on the looks of the tours and many other factors.

Free trials tend to have more signups than pay per trial but also have much higher cancelation ratios.
