Hi, I live in Holland, as you know we have legal hoes etc. I'm sure some are willing to let them photoshoot, in stead of getting laid <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> Can I take pics of them and sell them to content providers, or paysite owners? What kind of contracts do they need to sign? All info is welcome Andre

Hi I contacted some lawyers. They say it's no problem as long all models are at the age of 18. Have to make two shots with their ID near their head, and done. Do you know some ppl who are intersted in buying such content? Maybe I can sell it to contentproviders.... All info is welcome Andre

justsexxx, you have to have a modeling release if you're selling them to u.s. webmasters. it has to include any names they modeled under previously, their birthday, name, and a buncha other stuff.

if you want to sell them to u.s. webmasters, better talk to someone here... the law here is that all producers must have the i.d. on file to be seen by law enforcement at any "reasonable" time, which is usually interpreted to mean business hours. the custodian of records' address must be publicly available. you can rent a fireproof drawer (we have one at a paralegal's office) in an attorney or paralegal's and put copies of the i.d.'s and modeling releases along with contact sheets in folders.
