I was just over at Shap and bosses
webmaster area and they do pay for top spots
their prices are like 50$ per listing
450$ for 10 which I thought was a little high but maybe you can make this back.
http://www.picwarehouse.com/prices.html
I also heard pinkworlds webmaster does pay for listings sometimes if you email him for like 5$
I do not know for the hun except that the one time I heard him talking about it I remeber thinking.... oh thats less than I thought it would be. http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

thehun: $900/month,it get rotated everywhere,if you do an bannerspot, but you could do a textlisting/gallery for the same amount.
(with banners you will be seen from 25% of thehun-visitors..means you rotate with 3 others)

al4a: $1000/10 listings/month
($2000/25 listings...or something)

this are the prices i got offered 3 months before, and i will do something in 2-3-4 months.its worth the money,if you can sell;-)

these are the prices for the hun I received in an email

A top text link sells for $500.00 if bought in conjunction with a
banner spot, $400.00.

The way it works is that you would be the top text link on a given day (
you can select the day ) and you remain at the top of that days page for
a year.

Obviously you will receive less hits as you move down the line, but the
first few days can be great.

Currently a top text link is generating between 50,000 and 80,000 click
thrus in the first couple of days of posting.

You can purchase up to 4 top text links a month.

With multiple text link purchases, we also sell the 2 to 5 spot and the
6 to 15 spot.

Here is the break down.

IN THE 2 TO 5 SPOT:

3 text links for $1200.00 ( in the 2 to 5 spot )

10 text links for $3000.00. ( in the 2 to 5 spot )

IN THE 6 TO 15 SPOT:

10 text links for $2000.00. ( in the 6 to 15 spot )

Is a "text link" ad the same thing as a paid gallery listing? (Re the Hun) If you look at the top 10 listings everyday, you'll see that some of the listings are posted by the same people promoting the same sponsors. Is that what you mean? If not, how much would it cost per paid gallery listing?

Does anyone here who have TGPs sell blind thumbs like the ones advertised on picwarehouse and allow you to link it to a dialer?

I'll buy them if anyone has any for sale.

all of those prices seem high -- especially if you can't convert really well. i bought spot from pinkworld.com for only $200 a month and you get like 20,000 hits.. obviously you got to be good at selling but it was worth it

Cool, I am thinking about posting to tgp's again, so I think I might start testing out some designs and sponsors. Soon as I make one that works real well, I will want to buy some of those top spots http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif Anyone know of a good place to start testing them?

I already got tons of free content that I bought in the past and I also got tgsw (just not setup), just need a place to test them out and prefferably not a free host...

Hi Everyone :-)

As mentioned above we sell spots on all of our sites. Our prices are at http://www.picwarehouse.com/prices.html

Now some people mentioned the prices seem high. I'm not sure how Al4a, The Hun and others came about their prices, I'll explain how we got ours.

-First we monitored the results of our personal galleries in these listings.
-From there we took an average of what they made (the good and the bad)
-We then took the average and divided it in half (which means each average gallery should double their money)
-Then we reduced that number by about 30%.

So if an average gallery made us $100. We divided it in half to $50 then removed 30% to give us $35 as our price. At that price our goal was to get people in and have them get to know us and our traffic. From there we have gone with Supply and Demand. For example picwarehouse price started at $30 and is now at $50 and we have been sold out for the past 2 months.

Our goal isn't to make a quick buck. The goal is for everybody to be making more money then they would otherwise :-))

Thats the best and only philosophy that produces any working relationship between webmasters.
They only seem high to me because Im having such a crappy month.
Also at the risk of sounding like a bum- puppet
You know shap is a good honest webmaster who you can talk to (see above)
He always lists my galleries atleast.

Does it have to go to a gallery or can it go to my clean main page that was has rotated thumbs on that page? I buy from Gregpix now and I've seen the numbers decrease. Started a few months ago getting 5k per day now I'm getting maybe 1k-2k, which is not working financially any more, meaning that instead of paying 2 dollars per thousand it's more like I'm paying between 7 - 10 dollars per thousand.

Anyone else sell links in their gallery list that I can send to my SITE and not my gallery?

Thanks,
Rich

I can't believe that people spend that much money to have 100,000+ bandwidth sucking, picture leeching bookmarkers come and rape the shit out of their site and leave without so much as a 'thank you'. Why not pay for placement on a search engine? It's not going to cost you any more and you can make twice as much off of half the traffic. I stopped posting to TGPs two years ago because the traffic pool was too contaminated. I can't even imagine how bad it is now.
