Buying/Selling Domain Contract?

I am looking for a general transfer of domain contract... Can anyone point me towards one?

Dunno if there is one just for domains but if you use Paypal your insured as long as the info is sent in paper form to a real address. If you need a contract you could use a general contract for just about anything to cover a domain.

If its over $500 pay a lawyer to handle out the terms..

You could use GreatDomains.com they have an escrow service, I've used them a couple of times and it works good, you get your domain and seller get his money...
