Now this one is kinda odd, i'm not sure what to make of it, or who is at fault but here is what is going down.

I seen a new member on my toplist, i ALWAYS check every new site. Anyways, my topsite cgi tells me where the last vote came from, as in what URL that vote was counted from.

I usually check this URL on every member. Anyhoo. I go to the reffering URL http://www.brutalextreme.com/freetgp/fr2.html

On that page i find this code.
