I see more and more people getting fucked by sponsors.
Here is what to do.
1: The current bigger sponsors you use. Ask for a contract that say basicly the same as their terms + their payouts. And that the contract will only be invalid once a new one has been issued
2: Stop by www.intrum.com (http://www.intrum.com) (Intrum Justitia) a international debt collection agency. Fill out the info on their site about you wish to be contacted. someone from Intrum will contact you and setup a meeting so you can get all info about what, why and how
3: Sign a contract with them wich cost around $300 per year (and you get a really cool stamp to put on your final invoice also)
4: Once a sponsor is not paying make a invoice put the stamp on wait 3 days to get a response from them
5: No response? pay $50 to Intrum to start the case against and send them all info you have about the sponsor
6: Sit back and relax untill they collected your money and think about all the money your sponsor is using for lawyer fee's
7: Get your money at Intrum where 6% to 20% of the total is deducted depending on the case
8: If the sponsor can't pay because of their financiel situation no problem they will put the sponsor on a watch list and keep track of their financial situation if it improves they'll push the case again
That's the basic idea.
At least it is worth a try for anyone that is owed more than $700-800 from sponsors :)
Hope this could help a few people out their that really NEED that missing check

Well i think even if it got you $100 back it would still be worth just to make the sponsor caugh up some cash and pay legal fees all those small numbers are what makes them rich too mot just big $5k checks.

Same goes for big corperations they will spend $500 to collect $100 just to make people aware they will persue and adult webmasters need to follow the same method. This will hopefully make sponsors start realizing its time to make good to those who make your program good.

Only downside is if they really want to screw and you have a contract they just turn on the shave-o-meter at 75% to do it legally.

toker from the people i have talked to which have been some of the biggest pay programs shaving is standard....and from one person who owned a big pay site program which was and might still be a idustry icon shaving in his words was something which had to be done...no big pay program could stay in business with out shaving and he said if you dont want to be shaved ask your sponcer to setup a ccbill partner account where both the payprogram and webmaster must sign to shave sales.....

i thought shaving was a way of cheating but from the way ccbill and ibill work you just cant run a paysite and not shave considering kim from ccbill has already said on here if someone visits your site everyday of the year then asks for a refund they will give it to em...how stupid is that....

so some companys shave to cheat webmasters and the rest shave to a small degree because they have to and it comes down to the CC processors who scrub good cards and refund to people they can prove used the service

and it sux

The problem is people are STUPID! They see $60 a signup and believe it. You should try different sponsors and see which one pays the most total, not per signup.. People pretty much demand a shave b/c the truth is most companies that pay real unshaved rates, don't do near as well as the shaved companies.
