This guy is definitely cheating. He also uses noplystan.com, 161.58.66.118, 161.58.142.3 and other domains and IPs. He keeps signing up with my sites. Its a damn nuisance. I keep deleting him but he keeps signing up. His host is verio.net. I've already sent email to verio.net to complain, but they do nothing yet. It would be helpful if everyone else wrote to abuse@verio.net and complain.
Hopefully they will pull his sites if enough complaints.
