Little help with redirecting free host traffic

I am with a free host and I have a ton of html files all that are getting a few hits and I wish to delete them and make room for more files. The thing is I don't just want to delete them as I can't upload an htaccess file to get the 404 traffic.

Is there some kind of way to redirect an traffic that goes to http://hhhhh.com/~hhh to my sponsor without a htaccess file.

There is no way.
You need change all html files, if you don't have .htaccess

Make a single html 404 file upload it over every other file with a meta refresh or popup tag in it.
