Soneone acused me as a cheater.

Someone who will remain nameless acused me as a cheater because I was sending exit traffic. Well I'm just a newbie and I didn't realize sending exit traffic was a big no no. The exit window didn't pop up if a link was clicked on, it only popped up if the user exited my site. Anyways I took it off, I didn't realize it was considered cheating. This person also said he was going to blacklist me so thats why I'm posting this here to clear my name. I'm going to redo the exit window so it opens up to a sponsor or perhaps a toplist.
