Stoopid Question

If you are your own content (photos and videos) do you have some sort of legal license/age verification: Section 2257 of Title 18 U.S.C. This question seems so stupid and obvious but ?? I really don't know the answer. I would guess -NO. But then I think well maybe? I swear I'm not blonde.
