Question about bulk email ad

i have been receiving tons of bulk email ads from peeps all over wheter it be porno sites or wutever

is bulk emailing to advertise your sites leagal now or ?

99% of sponsors will close your account for spamming so dont do it its more prouble then its worth.

bulk emailing is legal in most states,
you will get complaints to your uplink though. And those complaints are what deters spammers from really spamming the world.

Actually its not determined by any governing body at this point but rather by almost every ISP. Read your TOS of your ISP and your host before even considering or you could wind up paying hugh fines for damages that arise.

Also if you flood another ISPs users with mails they can also seek damages in the amount of Bandwidth + Legal + Punitive Damages. So better not do it unless you have lots of money to pay the legal fees.
