I thought, the "Confirmed Cheaters Board," was to prevent the haphazard irresponsible posting of webmasters sites as cheaters when in fact they might only be "self serving, rule bending whores."
I noticed secretmp3.com and pimpxxx.com being listed there without any mention here in this forum.
I examined the code, and saw that he is popping multiple trades.
I think this is a shitty thing to do. Since he is poping about 6 sites, the chances of you getting a legitimate hit is 1/6th that of a site poping one trade. However, he is sending actual visitors in fully resizable scrollable windows. Doesn't this classify him as a very crappy trade, rather than a "confirmed cheater?"

Fair comment Baddog we do need to be careful, but in this case the sites are not being loaded what pops up is consoles not the main pages, I personally do not allow my site to be opened on exit and I did have this on my sign up page. However I agree it may of been been extreme to brand someone a cheat for opening 6 trades on exit (Personally I do not think so) In this case however he is not opening trades on exit but he IS ImgScring what you see pop up are consoles not the main pages, I do not see there is any doubt about him/her cheating.

But good comment putting someone on comfirmed cheaters board is a serious matter in this case I think it is 100% justifed.

I saw all the sites opening and I didn't realize that it was only the consoles for those sites, and not the actual sites.

All those pop-ups are entrance consoles from other sites. I saw that he added himself to my database and like always I checked out the site. I found it strange that my console popped up, but my main page didn't.
