Serious Fucking with a "friend"...

Hi everybody, this a quite emotional minute for me, i have just discovered that my best friend, actually was my worst enemy.
the last week or so I have been having big problems with my site, and i blamed my host. Everytime my site did well, it suddenly dropped to nearly nothing...
but today i found out what was the real deal..
at 5 pm i noticed that when i clicked a link on my page ,Axxx´s pornlisting site appeared. ok i thought, but i discovered that it was the only page that appeared?? hmm..i checked my stats i must ow him a lot i thought ..but he was´nt even on my out list...fucking strange..
Just to get the proff of cheating i downloaded my entire cgi-bin and there i saw that 2 of my files had been altered 5 min min ago!
hmm i looked at them in notepad..and this is what i saw:

he had taken all my best trades and redirected the return hits to his own domain!!!
the same was done in the cjmembers file.

I got real pissed and grabbed his IP# on icq, and phoned my host, he confirmed the ip# in the server logs.

I called my socalled friend, and i layed the evedince on the table, and he admitted that he have done the evil things.

Now i know that it´s not a new host i need but a true friend.

What is going to happen to Axxx is my problem and i´ll give him a visit.

But i really hope that u honest webmasters outthere knows what a cheater he is.

and by the way, to make everything worse he posted me as a cheater, but im sure u will see the irony in that.

I just talked to Axxx in the phone... he also admitted everything to me and "what do you want me to do"
I don't give a shit about what he doe or when he does it...
As long as he agrees to our agreenemt that none of his site is seen online after no later than 48 hours.

I have talked to axxx on the phone, and we have made an agreement: he´ll pay me, what i think he have stolen from me.. Its a guess because i have no idea how long this have been going on!, but im sure its quite a big amount.

This is a very strange situation for me, it would have been a lot easier if i did´nt know him as a friend.

I have heard that he have sold his domain, and I dont think he´ll do this to anyone again.
