If a tgp does not specify how many submissions a day you can submit, do you go all out? What is the 'webequite' on this here subject yo?

I would say 3.. Unless they say submit all you want or.. submit all your galleries we need more..

Thats my thought.

i always write and ask the webmaster or just go with 2.

I they donīt limit the number of submissions / webmaster per day then u can normally submit as many as u want
( at least my experience says so )

I also think u can submit as many as u want.
But what is that for?

If you use click-through sponsors, they usualy counts 1 hit within 72 hours.
So your galleries will get shitloads of hits, but you make the same $$$ as you make from 1 submitted gallery, I think.
Surfers will not click the same advert twice, if yes it will be counted only once.
You will just burn your bw and galleries.
I think 1 gallery/day to TGP is optimal.

Unless they specify otherwise, one per day per webmaster/company

I try and get a response from the webmasters, but if I don't....my personal rule of thumb is three. They continue to get in so I think that must be resonable...but I ask because sometimes I'd like to go for more, But I don't want to be any more of an asshole than I am if I can help it.
