That free tgp script with txtfiles, where was it?

Hi,<br /><br />Some time ago, there was someone promoting a free tgp script.<br /><br />Submissions will be stored in a txtfile. You could even review those txt files and store galleries in another one etc.<br /><br />Anyone knows the url?<br /><br />Andre
