Well if someone is sending exit traffic they are burning up your bandwidth by loading your page with crap traffic.

Most people don't want to spend thier bandwidth on exit hits they won't get much production out of. (Who cares what your counter says if it's inflated with exit hits. Look at the counter that starts with the $ sign I always say http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

Well if he popup script without the productivity (the one he's using) it will count like normal hits. .
And if the person who trades with CJpro it will add just addiotional work to the server and this script is more exigent that UCJ-C
