Is This Cheating?

Well, a guy signed up for a trade on one of my sites. I checked it out, and he has the random out linked to the right mouse button. Personally, I am not too thrilled with this, and will probably not trade with this guy. But is this OK to do, or is it cheating?

I think the reffer info is not carried over that way.
So if your script is a referrer based one, like UCJ the traffic doesnt get accounted to his site.
