What exactly does it do besides opening the submit pages on the right frame? What are the check boxes for? Whats the url and description field for?

The check boxes are for marking the TGP's you have submitted to.

The URL and desciption fields is to beeing able to easely copy and paste gallery information into the TGP's submissions forms.
