I feel like an idiot but I can't find it! I am running UBB 6.04 and I want to install a rotating banner script at the top of the forums. Where in hell is this option?

In your admin. Go to edit your style templates.<br />Choose to edit this template and you should find options to add headers and footers for your banners or whatever.
