help on amatuer interracial pay site

I am thinking of doing a pay site featuring me and my girlfriend. I am white, she is black, both of us are models...any ideas out there?
do you think it would be a good idea?..where can i get resources for this, this would be my frist pay site.

Upload 2k pics and 20 small vids to start. Buy some extra interracial content to fill the member area...Get a good processor (globill-systems.com ofcourse), launch a 50/50 split affiliate program and make some subpages with link exchanges and trade with amateur/black/interracial sites. Do some tgp postings and offer you affiliates free content to promote your site. And most important update your site as much as possible. What also works with amateur sites is contests and stuff like that. Submit your private pics and win a membership etc.
Since you probably have a low budget to start and dont expect 50k traffic a day you could easily buy a server at 4webspace.com
a raq3 for 100$ a month is perfect for a small paysite. Once you grow you can buy a bigger server...Do polls in your member area of what people would like to see and what keeps members month after month is a live cam/chat once a week or so.

if you don't know shit about the porn business than don't even think about doing a paysite,,, always a bad move,,, its really hard to compete with the million dollar sites out there,,and it seems like you don't have to much of a budget to start..

IMHO,,it would be better off and more profitable to take the pictures and sell to content brokers,,

Hmm it might sell as an amateur or voyuer site however. If you could get a good theme going it might be a good idea however shes only your GF not wife so therefore your entering a partnership which she could turn around and pull the plug since your using images of her.

I suggest you get a lawyer before going about it that way and make sure you have a contract even if you think your gonna be togeather for life. There more legality on amateur sites that you should learn about before you end up cleaning toilets to pay the bandwidth bill you might get left with.
