What do people do when you undertake a project that you can't carry out all by yourself? Do you work with partners or hire people?

Pick up temporary employees and pay them accordingly... Make sure they are apt and can work quickly. That way you meet your deadlines AND make a profit.

If you hire, make sure not to train the employee too well.

Nobody likes to work for someone else, especially when they have enough knowledge to do it on their own, http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

I didnt' have anything in mind for right now, Badgurl, at least yet. However, I see a lot of sponsorship and all with several employees and I'm curious as to how they have it set up.

kong, you make a good point. I'm curious as to why experienced webmasters work for porn companies.

Well, I work with a partner.. more or less. But I can answer why someone work for a company. It's stable, you always know if you have enough cash to pay the rent http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
