CCBill - strange stats

Hi I would like to ask, to check your own CCBill stats I realized something strange going on her, I already wrote to CCBill 3 days before and didn´t get any reply till now.

I realized all the strange sutuff is maybe only one sponsor can´t tell excatly cause I don´t promote other CCBill refferal sites since a while so maybe the problem depends on them but I don´t think cause it still says 50/50 recurring,

the monthly membership at this site costs 29,95, so 50 / 50 14,97 per signup to me

at recurring (row, normally new signups) I got 12,97 per signup in , funny about that is the more signups I sent to them the less I get paid, the row, rebills (noramlly the second month) I get my 14,97

cause CCBill did ignore my mails I just want to ask your if your guys realized the same ?

I didn't understand a word of what you just posted, so if you sent the same thing to support they may not have either.

Without knowing the specifics of what sites you are promoting, the only thing I can suggest is that the owner of the site has the CCBill fees split to be paid by the reseller in either part or all.

If you emailed support@ccbill you should have a trouble ticket number that came back to you in email. If you didn't get a ticket number, our system did not receive your mail.

If you'd like to give me the ticket number I'll be happy to see what's going on with your question. :)
