Whats with the productivity being so low these days?

I've changed my sites entire setup about 3 times this week as well as the UCJ script setup from 60% to 80% to setting up the top referrers at the top of the page or the bottom of the page.. having descriptive categories and then changing to non-descriptive categories.. and my average productivity is still

60% average :confused:
I can't figure out, considering I've made so many changes and given plenty of time to allow the trades to grow :mad:

If there is ONE THING that you'd recommend to do.. and I know to each his own in but in general.. if there is one thing you'd recommend to grow productivity both inbound and outbound what would it be?

1. Set ratios to %70
2. Not too many links (messy) near top of page
3. Not too many ads near top of page
4. Clean layout, again not too overcrowded

These are a few I've heard of.. anything else?

Could always try getting new trades...might not be your site but theirs.

my view is that...

u should keep it clean

the surfer gets to ur site and he sees a shitload of gal links and a clean site, he will click

Good points.. forgot about getting new trades.. I've had the same old trades for some time now. I'll add your tips to the list seeing as this topic has not been discussed in a while and I think at this time of the year it is time for SPRING CLEANING!!! :cussing:
