Sponsors with hosting + galleries?

I'm looking for a few that has recurring programs and offer free hosting for galleries + content to build the galleries. It can either be a private deal or free hosting they offer to everyone.
Currently I see more than 1 signup per 10K the gallery receive and I can send large amount of traffic to the galleries. It will not be posted to TGP's but listed within my own sites.

Yes seen that some time ago as well.. said the same think. I belive it is owned by Dollarmachine.
