Finally found the way to signup . but now when I try to connect to the ftp, it gives an error when I receive the folder listing

If your ising wsftp pro make sure you have the passive mode unchecked

The only way I can upload to terra is by using IE and uploading with my browser. I couldn't connect using any of the ftp programs I had. Hope this helps!
