bad countries for traffic

what countries would I want to not accept traffic from?

Russia, china, japan, korea
and other really bad ones that I will get a lot of traffic from?

The way you phrased it, it is a bit discriminatory. But if you word it which countries is it unprofitable to make money from, that seems to be fine :-)

Best way is to go through the biggest sponsors on the web, look at the terms and look for which countries they ban. Learn from the experienced pros which countries to ban :-)

Are you opening a new program oneweb? Been reading a few posts on here about country filtering, now banning specific webmasters, etc. Sounds like your launching a new program.

what if a local pizza place said they want traffic only from these 3 cities, that is not discrimanatory, that's all that will work for them.
I don't hate people from those countries, they just don't have credit cards.

in Turkey, %95 of people (or more!) has a credit card.
but they don't use it for porn, while there is tons of free!
