Talked to them today, and we have sorted things out.

All is good, there was obviously a breakdown in communications somewhere. This is both of our faults, they should have contacted me for the update, but if they had no record that they needed to, then how could they?

I purchased the linkx script from them back in 99 and was told that you would rcv tech support and free updates. Lyin bastards, my linkx sites basically died because of broken promises and noone answered emails.

As for linkx issues, we have a toll free line, message board support, email support, icq support, and aol support. If you contact any of those I guarantee a response, and we will do our best to make you happy.

I got emails in all of my mailboxes from HiEnd also... Selling everything from Freehost scripts to servers. I guess if you signed up for PornTrack's counter they have your email address.

That is a lie. You signed up to OUR blind link program, sent traffic to us for ONE day, and then started to spam the shit out of us with your free hosting software shit.

Our programmers built Candid Clicks from scratch, I think they can write us free hosting software too if we wanted it.

pressing issues have arisen.

1. The Dawg and DK? have expressed that they are quite piss'd
about previous purchases they both made. ProgGod made no effort
to rectify their problems, as a matter of fact he plain ignored
their posts.

2. Crow points out that HyperCount's name was brought up
(ProgGod to Coke privately) and that there is no affiliation.

ProgGod fails to acknowledge disgruntled customers, spams,
harvests email addys, and has set a good case against himself
for slander/liable for claiming alliances with a known
trademarked company which obviously has no affiliation with
hiendmedia.

Hi ProgGod. It is really lame to set up a profile just to praise yourself you know... This is becoming to be a bad trend here at AWI, I hope Richard or any of the other moderators deals with it and delet profiles created for this purpose.

Considering we wrote hypercount, handle ALL support, handle ALL maintence, and basically control hypercount I would defintely not say there is no affiliation. Now if geektech wishes us to no longer take care of the counter, then I think they need to contact me.

As for unhappy linkx1 customers. Linkx2 was never fully marketed, and unfortunately I am finding out that a few people never received their updates. I would love to make this up to them. Anyone that feels they were promised updates and didn't receive them please contact me directly at preston@hiendmedia.com We will try and resolve this issue immediately and maybe we will even thrown in free hosting or something else to them to make up for their aggrivation.

As for the emails coming from hypercount, I never said this to be true. I told my tech to create a master list from all the services we currently run. Most of the emails came from our counter PornTrack. I am not sure if any emails were at all even taken from HyperCount, but I will ask him and find out. EITHER WAY all emails were taken from services Hi-End Media runs. And if you don't want to receive any emails from us in the future, simple tell us and you will be blocked.
