but not converting too good right now. they have their merits but are they still a s good as they where? Even ARS does better for me. Sites are well known, probably too much.

Sure, i know maxcash, but i've not been keeping up to date with the legal shit that happened, have you?

who won the case? is it over? where can i read the verdict?

no one won or lost the case, exactly, but the ftc did officially give control of the company back to the owners to run. they then paid us what they owed.

Looks like they indeed paid everyone, paid me too but waiting for 3 months income (MC main sponsor with 80% of all revenues) caused me some heart attacks, too. And looks like I donīt get the same steady signup flow again but still testing (throwing more and more traffic onto MC again). They changed some exit stuff and link ratios (yours/their) on the consoles etc.. I would have preferred a major design overhaul of their sites over a re-arrangement of the consoles includink the replacement of a former exit through an enter console. Donīt get me wrong, but I believe that is a example of the changes since the ftc stuff. For me it looks like they are not that "generous" anymore to webmasters.
This might change in a second of course, when they do some changes back and forth. There was a ratio change with introducion of the 2.0 tracking software, too.
