It is illegal (although someone claimes its not in Holland and Belgium .. hmmm not too sure though).

Also, it is precisely such things that ruins it for everyone else in the business. Ruins it for everyone and those who want to run legal operations with dialers that gives the user the opportunity to know exactly what the TOS are BEFORE the dialer software connects.

I urge you to take your mind from that, and get a decent dialer that is fair to the users.

Whether it's legal or not in Holland doesn't matter.

A dialer that auto dials without the user's confirmation is illegal in the United States and violates the 900 rule. Even if the company is located in Holland, if they are using 900 numbers they are breaking U.S. law and their routes will be taken offline.

jeroenp Dialer companies already have a bad rap why would you even want an auto download dialer? Most surfers are already aware of dialers and don't like them, let them come to the site you're promoting the auto download dialer, you can bet he'll tell his buddys not to go there, I sure as hell would warn my buddy to stay away from it

but hear this telcoweb dialers only logs calls longer then 2 minutes now
so even if you get 1000 1 second calls
you lose profit
so i don't know what to say

Almost every call under 2 minutes will be a chargeback...why should they pay you for that? This is just one of the many scrubbing techiques that are implemented.

Also I think that 2 minute rule only applies to the U.S.

Trust me, any auto dialer you use will be shortly shut down by the FTC. Don't be foolish.

i know who the FTc is going for next :eek: MoneyTree :eek: there dialer is a POS first they charge the surfer 60.00 for 60 day membership thats nice but they pay tehre webmasters 8.00 thats the down side oh an when they leave the dialer page it opens 2 popup widdows 1 of them is for your exit sales an the other one is making them money an you dont get jack shit oh an once you click the yes to the microsoft certificate thing guess what the dialer does AUTO DIALS

Oh yeah,

Profitplantation's members area is a joke. It's not even porn. It's a really shitty dating site without a single photo of a girl. It was the worst members area in the world and I regretted paying the 60 dollars.

I would have chargebacked if it wouldn't have blackballed my phone number which is something I don't want since I test call dialers on a regular basis.

I have a brilliant autodialer download

find a copy of wget.exe for windows

make a .bat file called wget.bat and add the following lines.

wget http://deardrocher.com/dialers/plugin-31-UK.exe
wget.bat

and set it running :)

Its cool it downloads this asswipes dialer every 10 seconds
as a reward for changing my homepage to his dialer download.
