The statute that requires all photographers/videographers of adult content to keep proper documentation of models to prove they are 18 and the acts performed were consensual. There's a few conditions that apply but that's the gist of it.

it also requires you to have the model i.d.s and releases kept by a custodian whose address is made available, and requires that those i.d.'s and releases be available to law enforcement during "reasonable hours" which some courts have determined to be business hours.

How do I list all the FREE stuff I get from affiliate programs? Most of them don't even give Title 18 information. Do I need to put it on all my TGP galleries too?

That site charges 49.99 for forms that can picked up at most government offices. What a rip off.

you do not have the same responsibilities for content you do not produce. the main responsibilities are to the primary producer. it couldn't hurt to have a list of producers on a page in your site if you want to be careful.

and if you don't feel absolutely sure that the content from a program is 100% over 18 years old, don't use the pics!

Could I have an example on someone's legal pages please?
