I had the same problem when i was in the MP3 bizz, just put ur pages on some foreign server, I prefer china :-)
Or go look for a script in which the surfer has to enter his birthdate to verify his age.

A server in China they told me isnt enough cause they can look at the domains who is the
owner and a script who is asking only for the age is not enough in germany. It s so studip here.I hate germany for it

The best thing is that you get a host outside from germany and somebody else (who is not living in germany, of course http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif ) who owns the domain.
Of course the law in germany in this thing is really hard, but that´s life http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/tongue.gif
And by the way, Milan I won´t change with you. There is no better place to live to as in germany and you probably also know that http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

I have a friend from Slovenia who is the owner of all of my domains officially, so I will never get into trouble with the fucking german internet law any more I hope.....*smile*...we will start an adult hosting company and a free host soon, too...=) Cheers to all of you! I am happy!

Hi - I'm a little confused. What is the German law regarding running adult sites? There seem to be loads of German porn sites about and I thought the Germany was OK with running hardcore sites.
If anybody can let me know how the law stands on this, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks,
Darrell

maybe you could get a u.s. host to give you a subdomain so you won't need a domain at all!
with a host who has the domain freenasty.com, you could be xxx.freenasty.com and you could refresh or forward your domain index.html to that. that way, you wouldn't be hosting your content in germany.

Darrell:
German law is very hard. Your are not allowed to have a site with adult content without an AVS system. And the problem is that the german law don´t accept the US AVS systems. Only some few german. It is also forbidden to link to site which shows porn without AVS system. So the only thing legal without AVS is to show some nude girls on your site http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
The German Law is really heavy for hardcoresites. My site has about 2000 unique visitors a day and I am German all sites strored on US Freehosts. The only one who troubles me is my wife. She told me to stop it or to move out. Where shall I go ? I would like to move to spain. BTW who is FSM andwhy do you ask them all the time just start your little biz write everything in english and talk to basschick and buy a domain from him even if i don´t know him personally his sounds to be very fine
Wow, I didn't know that there is so strong law about adult sites in Germany...
That sucks...
How about to change registrant's information to some fictional person...? It can be done with some registrars. I use directnic.com and I can put anything I want into registrant and all contacts without any hassles (like for example at networksolutions.com), I just change it throught the web and that's all... I can change it back at any time if I want.

Hey evil could you explain it to me how this is working? Please dont use difficult english cause i only can speak german or polish very good.
Iksals
iksals,
well, if you register domain with directnic.net, they have a good interface, so you can change everything through their WWW pages. You can also change registrant.
That's all.
So if you'll transfer your domain(s) to directnic, you will be able to change the registrant. Maybe some other registrars can do it too, but I don't know. I use directnic.
But they are fine... That web interface is cool.

Cant they get then the real owner? Is it yust a fake owner or a real owner from another country?
no, in that case nobody can see the real owner, hit me with a msg at ICQ, 697171, I'll show you, my friend has done this for some strange reason (I really don't know why :-)...
