UUnet problems?

Anyone else noticed that UUnet has between 10% and 50% packet loss on each of their HOP's ?
Noticed when my Traffic dropped like hell within the last hour http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/frown.gif

I was trying to figure out why my traffic dropped too
