When the law concern, how far 'escorts' stands from 'prostitition'? In States always hear about escort services being busted for prostitution.

I think Escorts and prostitution are the same thing. Basically an escort is a "high priced" hooker.

You have to apply for an entertainmet license im not sure if this is the case in every state but in florida to run escort or strip club you must have one. Its issued by state but its regulated by city or county depending where you are located.

Its not just as easy as it may appear if one girl tells the wrong person blowjob for $20 and your in deep shit.

Ok here is the real deal,

First off I run an escort service in NYC (about 65 females)

I ave had several problems but that comes with the business, you need a ood adult layer on hand all the ime and have to be careful what you say to a caller on the phone.

The way to stay out of some of the trouble is to do only outcalls (meaning you go to the clients house)

and also only charge a flat fee and not collect a percent of what the chic gets from tips, meaning you charge say 125 to send the girl if she gives a blowjob for $50 and you take no part of it you are ok, but again you need a good laywer always.

Also some other tips i wont mention

Anyway it is a hard business to run but its very profitable.
