-get a domain for $8 at godaddy.com
-get an hostservice for $10-20/month

this are the first things who needs changing,imagine if this freehost goes down within 2 months...(like most freehosts!!)...you loose all your 100 visitors who bookmarked you in this 2 months and you need to start again.

Imho, it's not very eye-catching. Too plain. Gray background, black font, no images other than sextracker = boring. Spice it up. Add some color. Are you planning on adding images or banners? Or are you just going with text links?
The submit & trade text links I'd put on the bottom, not up top.
I'd change the page title "New Boy in Town" to something else, too.
Like the others said, drop the free host. Just research to find domains & hosts that allow payment by Paypal, check or money order but read all the terms. Like there's one that accepts Paypal but they retain ownership of the domain name for 6 months as "chargeback protection." A search on google pulled up domainhouse.com. Skimming through it, it looked ok but check it out for yourself.
Get rid of the free host & I might be able to help ya with design.

plenty of hosts will take a money order or check, and if you start a thread that says "which hosts take payment by check or money order" the hosts will tell you who they are :)

I would try to use another font.. don't like this one..

change the background colour

Your surfers will be drawn to your counter image, as it is the only xxx image. make sure the first thing that you want the surfer to click on is coloured atleast (better an image would be better)

italic text is harder to read

Have your links open in a new window, then if they dont like the link and close it your page is still there.
