CJ2-Site Webmaster needed

My site sexbomber.com needs a webmaster that takes care of the trades, adds sponsors and works a bit on the design if needed.
You need experience with BlindIO and CJ2 stuff, I don't want a newbee that never got an own site running. The design has over 100% outclicks in average according to the BlindIO stats (witout no-referer traffic). I take care of free daily traffic for the site. The traffci is allready at about 20-30k, but I don't have the time to work on it.
Should be possible to pull this up to 60-80k, it was at 70k allready. We can split the profit of all incomes.

Due it's not too bad . But killah need somebody that have experience . And an experienced webmaster can start a 20k site in 3-4 days ...
