Do Silvercash and other trial sponsors approve of what this webmaster is doing?

I highly doubt that unless he is making them some cash otherwise its scamming. Also by asking for a copy of registration email he has their login which he could abuse.

if a surfer signed up for the free trial, do they only get charged the $3? or is there a shitload of hidden charges..

otherwise, how can sponsers afford this? depending solely on a surfer to upgrade his membership when his period is over?

I don't think the sponsor can afford it, the reason they do it is based on the 40-60% of trial signups that will become active based on the averages. If a surfer is offered a good enough incentive of $10 then why not pay $2.95 than cancel, and make an easy $7

40-60% of signups recurring?? 30-40% is pretty damn high, I haven't seen much recurring higher than that..

and I can't see why they would have a problem with this..
just another way to coax the surfer into a signup

He's offering incentives for someone to sign up with a paysite. Many paysites have a clause somewhere in their terms disallowing this, so I wouldn't think he'll be offering this for very long...

Well, considering most sponsors I have seen or atleast a few years back clearly stated offerring surfers ANYTHING for signing up at their sites would be a violation of their TOS. BUT, as Toker said if this guy is making the sponsors money, they won't do shit about it. Perfect example is how EconoPorn can chat spam and email spam the hell out of AOL and after countless complaints, CandidHosting does jack shit about it. It's allll about that mighty dollar. :hi:

LOL when I started being a Webmaster in this biz I had the same idea, and made my first site like that, just much better LOL

anyway in my opinion he doesnīt earn much or nothing with it cause visitor want to check for porn, and mebersites in privacy none want to reveal his real adress just for 10 USD refund

this was my experience, anyway I guess itīs not allowed by rules to do that stuff

Haha sounds funny. I don't think they allow it.
I also doubt if pornsurfers really want to send their signup form.

THe reason why porn sells so good on internet is because it's anonymous.

Hey guys,

I was surprised to come across this thread. I am the webmaster for xxxrankings and I guess I can give some feedback on what you've been discussing.

Basically we tried something new and it didn't work! If you look at the site you'll see that the offer isn't there anymore. We weren't trying to scam anyone and we weren't looking for people's passwords! We needed the login information to verify that they had signed up. However, after giving it the "would I sign up for this offer" test we decided to discontinue it. Most people thought that it was too good to be true AND didn't want to give out their account info (can't really say I blame them). There you go, now you can stop wondering! In rerospect it may also contravene some affiliate site TOS as well. Back to the drawing board...
