It is promoting free speech.. if you do not like it.. do not look at it!! I understand it is hard for some people to understand, but it is very important to a lot of people. Believe it or not, there are people that feel about porn, the same way you feel about these videos. You want porn to be taken away? Didn't think so.
They take away that, then what? You give an inch, and the government will always take a foot. I think most of the content on that site is pretty brutal, and yes, pretty sick, but I must support it, because I support the constitution it is based on. I just choose not to view it.

Free speech my ass, that doesn't justify to show the whole friggin scene, in just 3 months from now his baby will be born and a couple years later every little fuck at school will talk about the cool video they saw about his/her father. And I don't mean forbidding it by law, that is something every participating person should do willingly, why the fuck would you/should you/would you have the RIGHT to see every damn detail of it, actually have the RIGHT to look INTO his fucking HEAD?

And this wasn't to single out anyone either, I was just referring to the argument "free speech" which is BS because it doesn't outperform just about EVERY other right and moral
And lets not compare 2 matures doing something together in consent without pain (aka fucking), with someone being slaughtered, by no means with his consent

Who told you to look? Same thing goes for a kid who's mother is a porn star! You don't think kids would talk about that?
What about the people that jumped out of the world trade center? You don't think these people had families? They showed that on TV. I find that just as disturbing as someone getting their head chopped off.
What about the individual in Vietnam that was executed? You don't think that guy had a family? Yet most people have seen that video.
There was a brutal act on a person, for selfish reasons. It is a part of history, everything in life is not beautiful, and / or porn.
Like I said before, if you don't like it.. you have the RIGHT not to view it!! You sound like these fucking idiots that bitched and moaned when the move "Shindlers List" was shown on network television in the US. "Oh. it was so violent, and there was swearing!"
WHO THE FUCK MADE YOU WATCH IT?!? Again, a part of history, that is a very disturbing situation! But it happened and I for one want to have the fucking right to know about it, uncut, in its entirety! That should be my right! I sure as hell don't want the government telling me what I can and can not view.
Please don't come back with something like " oh, so you think it is ok to view child porn?" No, it is harming children and has nothing to do with free speech.
I understand there is going to be disagreement on this issue. You act like it is there for enjoyment. If someone enjoys seeing these things, they have very serious mental issues. I just disagree that the government should be able to shut it down. What if it was a video of Osama Binladin being executed? Would you have the same feelings on the matter? Probably not.

Dude it's about details. No one should have the right nor has anyone a reason other than being a sick or premature fuck to see it that close, uncut and in every detail. If that isn't a case for privacy what then?
And again, I made an argument and wasn't out to offend you. I talked about the free speach point versus rights of an individual

Oh and I didn't watch it and never will in my life.
I read about the whole case though, about what they did to him and what they filmed, about his family, about his articles etc,, etc,.

I totally understand where you are coming from. Its sick as hell, and very sad. But, what separates it from pictures of some little girl that was eaten by a dog posted on on rotten.com? Why does the government not stop that?
My beef is with the government, not you, or anyone else on this thread. I become very defensive when the government tries to "control" things whether I think it is sick or not. Like I said, if they succeed in banning that. What is stopping them from moving forward with other things? It just bothers me that they are making a big deal out of it, when there are much more important things they could be "stopping"

What I choose to watch/download is up to me. I downloaded a few other videos from there as well, not because I like to see people tortured or killed, but because I was curious. A lot of the videos on there seem to be captures from shows like "Real TV" or "World's Most Amazing Videos". The gruesome stuff is horrible and I don't recommend that anyone watch it, but I still retain my rights to watch it and I wouldn't interfere with anyone else's right to watch.
Many people rubberneck at accidents causing traffic jams for miles and miles. You think they all slow down to make sure no one was hurt? Hell no! A lot are looking for blood & guts. That doesn't make them demented or evil. It just makes the stupid motherfuckers that slow down traffic so it takes me 2 1/2 god-damn hours to drive ten miles.... ehh... what was my point?
People have the right to look death in the face, whether it be through video, or by walking down dark alleys at night, it's their choice to make.
Personally, I'm glad to know that if my arm ever gets pulled off by a jeep, it will come off cleanly, and not leave muscle and tendons dangling... Now how would I ever know such a thing with out a helpful site like Ogrish?

I'm not sure about the government thing either. Normally it would be taken care of those who actually DID the crime, and the video itself wouldn't be the first thing to look after. In this case they can't and I have a bad feeling that more ugly shit will be coming our way from those countries.
And as for rotten etc..., whenever the identity of individuals is not covered in those videos then I find them highly questionable. I would also make a difference between accidents and murder.
I guess the fbi is pushing another agenda though and that the family of the guy isn't their main concern. At least I think so. I guess they are more concerned about the general moral of the US citizens or whatever, haven't thought or read about that, and maybe they don't like the fact that what is happening now is exactly what the murderers intended.
From a legal point, I think his wife would have to sue prohosters and she might be able to get at least rid of all uncut version hosted in civilized countries. But that's a bit much asked for considering the mental state that she must be in now.
Although, she was really though. Everyone interested should read around what she said (being pregnant too)

I also think that people choose to watch some of these videos to see the reality of it. We all know he was murdered, to see it with your own eyes, that makes it REAL, and in the long run, I truly believe it can make you respect life that much more. I remember seeing those brutal pictures of that little girl attacked and killed by a pack of pitbulls. What did I do? I walked over and held my little girl, gave her a kiss, and enjoyed the moment. In this world, it can all be taken away in an instant.

I can't believe some of you people. Do you not realize that there are people out there that think the exact same thing about your porn sites?
The only thing stopping them from forcing down your porn sites are the same kinds of laws that are protecting sites like Ogrish.
I applaud Prohosters for standing up for their LEGAL rights.
They have done nothing wrong.
By the way, I am watching a show right now on The Learning Channel that showed a picture of a black man's severed head lying on the ground. It's called World's Most Astounding Undercover Stings.
What about that man's family? Should TLC be forced off the airwaves? What about their advertisers? I think not. These sort of terrible things happen every day.
Ogrish's slogan used to be "Can you handle life?"
Obviously some of you can't.
