But those scripts are not image specific.. they'll probably require some modification to display random images from a folder?

I run MyPhpNuke on one of my sites... It has a rating system built in... it's VERY COOL... check it out...

It's very easy to customize... PHP is very easy to learn... Much like C and basic... Not as hard as PERL...
