I get a ton of CP spam from this guy, including the email you got now. trust-bill seems to be part of the kiddyporn racket

http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=30729

Anyway i reported him a few times, but seems to be a waste of my time

Is it REAL CP? Or one of those bullshit "CP Art" sites that are for some reason legal in the US?

That my be why when you report him, nothing is being done about it. If it is real CP, report to not just ASACP, but also to US customs, and or the FBI if you can figure out where it is being hosted.

use a program like
http://www.visualware.com/visualroute/index.html
to do a trace and see who is his host and where the servers and network are. Complain up a couple of levels to his host and their network providers etc.
When you email them carbon copy to the government and anti child groups at the same time. That will let them know you are serious, since they can see who you carbon copy to.
Sometimes they ignore you unless it looks like you will be more trouble than they want.
Of course that usually means they pack up and re-open somewhere else :(
I had some crap like that sent to me and no one even answered my emails, but after several email where i carbon copied anti child porn groups suddenly the host responds, that they will shut them down.
hehe "the squeaky wheel, gets the grease!"

I seriously dont understand whats wrong with these sick fuckers..

Every single one of those sick fucks should be executed.. no trial, no jail time, straight to the electric chair..

Or as howard stern at one time proposed, fuck the electric chair, start making electric bleachers... fry 50 at a time

ASACP has never worked for me. I've reported tons of sites and have seen no action taken. I guess I'll start going to http://911.com/

Next best thing right?

Go after the hosting, then the billing. Remove just one of the 2 and they're out of business. Hosting may mean reporting it to his upstream, just keep working your way up the ladder.

At one time it seemed to be easy to deal with cp losers and spammers. You just cut off the source of the money and they were gone. It seems these days they have found some ways to hide better and still keep their money flowing. Be persistent!

their should be a big group of webmasters getting together and added a small piece of code on their sites (big tgp's/cj2's and cj's) and then everytime someone found a cp site they could report it to someone that could put in the code in a script and then 10 secs after that all the big sites were img sourcing the site until the server break down, that shouldnt take to long, and then you could move on to the next:)

Thor, it doesn't really work that way. I own a hosting company, and by law can not be responsible for everything on our servers. A plan like that would just end up in lawsuits. You can't just go around img sourcing a server if they don't know they are hosting such things. If you contacted them, and they told you to blow it out or ass or something, then go for it. Otherwise, it would be nothing but trouble.

Shane, ICQ me the domain, I will take care of it. When ever I find this shit I find the host and call them via phone. Tell them they have 24 hours to get it down. If they don't, I again, CALL, the FBI and let them deal with it. It has always seemed to work better for me when I actually call them rather then email them.

What is the deal with you people, you can't just go take that shit into your own hands. It is like saying, "there is a child molester in that apartment building, lets not call the cops, lets just blow up the building!" I mean come on. Take care of it the correct way. If nothing is done, then think about something like the img sourcing thing. I think it is disgusting and wrong what they are hosting, but if you were to img source a site that I host without contacting me, letting me know the situation, you would find yourself in court, and you wouldn't stand a chance at winning.
