Sure they are, if used with a little common sense. If you do nothing else but use them to submit galleries to a lot of smaller TGPs that you'd not otherwise get the time to find and submit to, you'll pick up some extra signups just from that... Some of the smaller TGPs are being forcefed some pretty good traffic to try to get them launched.

If you're converting reasonably well, then get one and spend the time to learn how to use it to post the same kind of galleries that are currently working for you (the stock templates aren't worth messing with). If you're not converting well, then all they will do is manage to run your bandwidth bill way up for you. :-)

I use both TGSW and AdultHitKit Pro. Each has it's strengths and weaknesses.

you don't get banned from using an auto submit tool,,,you just get banned for either spamming with the tool or making fucked up galleries and cheating with them,,,
