Has anyone ever noticed how many tgp's don't review galleries but add them to their sites instantly?
I wonder if they care at all if there's shit like child porn, beastiality, auto-loading dialers, popup hells, or bannerfarms on their pages...
I mean, everyone who has a tgp should realize what kind of stuff gets submitted every once in a while, and I think that someone who knows that and still doesn't review, is fully responsible for what's on those galleries...
I don't review because I use Shaven Ferret and it's impossible to do it without crashing because of all the submissions. I keep the # of posts displayed small (100) so that the galleries are rotated out frequently.
However, I DO go through the links and check them daily, and I blacklist all domains that break the rules (so this is why some of you might see my IP address a lot). Please don't say I'm as bad as a CP poster. I'm trying to work up enough money for a real script (and yes, I'm a broke momo). I am shooting for AGP.

There are MUCH better free scripts out there then the one you are currently using here being one of them http://tgp.x3scripts.com/tgp/

Thank MoJo, I will install X3 and try it out. I've seen a lot of people using it when I post my galleries but I never knew it was free. I like the way it makes you confirm your submissions.
Now I can have more than 100 stinky posts in my list! :D

GFED, ofcourse it's a different matter if you are unable to scriptwise, and you do check your links.
However, there are many people out there who have some expensive script running, and let it run in peace, without ever checking it again. They simply know CP, for instance, will be posted, and yet don't care enough to actually do something about it. That, in my opinion, is fucked.

So your script is actually able to see if a picture is of an 18-yr-old having sex or an 8-yr-old having sex?? Whoa! Your technology amazes me, since even NASA isn't that far yet!

My script doesnt look at the pics but it does filter out the words, most of the time those idiots use the same text. Easy enough to ban.

Unfortunately I have to go through hundreds of galleries daily, but Ive been lucky to never find any child stuff or anything like that. I do get morons with fake descriptions though which drive me nuts.
We require 3-5 words, but for some reason everyone wants to put "Teens" as the description. Pathetic...

You want the Free X3 Admin Script (http://x3scripts.com/tgp/)
It is a simpler version - but still allows you to update your site using templates. You can have up to 10 or 15 days worth of links showing(good if you don't get many submits/day). For a free script, it is very good.
If google has a spidering engine which just takes all submissions and lists them out on relevant searches, and the google staff doesnt filter out the child porn, is google at fault? They are doing you a service, take it or leave it. Same thing with TGP, they are giving surfers something for free, take it or leave it. If they dont have the time or dont want to review all the submissions, its their prerogative.

If someone deliberately allow cp. on a TGP he's responsible if he doesn't review the galleries you cant hold him responsible for someone else’s actions.
I can't imagine that a TGP with crap galleries will get much bookmakers anyway.
If someone lists cp. in order to get more visitors he should be banned.

when you are running a tgp, whether you are reviewing your galleries or not there are always the ones that change the gallery after listing and redirect or put up crap like rape, bestiality, incest and CP. More sneaky are the ones using random redirection scripts to cheat. From what i have seen most people who post that crap, submit a nice clean gallery then wait a few days to change it. I have had some of those asshole on my site.
Its not that easy to blame the existence of that crap on tgps to the webmaster not reviewing. The problem is the asshole webmaster who submits clean galleries and then changes it to that crap.

You can do very little about that, so you can't really be blamed for that. However, there is a very easy way to filter out most of the junk, and that's reviewing your galleries.
If you choose not to review your galleries, you are accepting the possibility that things like cp and beastiality end up on your pages, even though there is a relatively easy way to prevent that for the most part.
People comparing this with, for instance, Google, are making one big mistake: We are in the porn business, which is a high-risk area for shit like that. That's why we have a larger responsibility towards these issues.

If you choose to not review your galleries then maybe you are just as responsible for the distribution of cp as the guy who created the gallery. I dont care if Google does it, or someone else does it, or aol does it. YOU as a webmaster of a site are responsible for whats on that site. Just because a thousand googles jump off a cliff doesnt make it ok for you to do it.
Do your job right and life will be easier for all of us.
