Stupid rookie questions...

I've just opened a new adult amateur website (www.nordic6.com if anyone wants to take a look http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif), and I have a few questions to you more experienced webmasters:

1. Is it possible to find advertisers who are willing to pay per ad expression and not per signup...? Who? If not, which are the best clickthrough/signup programs?

2. I can't say I've been able to find the "perfect" link sites to boost trafic (except for smaller local sites in Scabdinavia!)... Any tips on GOOD trafic drivers?

No, in adult business you won't find such sponsor with banners, but with console impressions
