Hello fellow webmasters,
after some hard work, tons of coffee and sleepless nights I finally finished with the third beta of Advanced Submitter.

Beta 3 adds an auto-submit option, gallery checking, general fill rules, better database handling, alternative gallery descriptions, paspartou keys, image hiding options, a substantial TGP and MGP database and a much better GUI.

This program works well at windows 2000,XP,Millenium (I have tested with success). However, installation is always a pain in the butt. If you encounter problemes please contact me at: pxtreme75@hotmail.com giving details about your configuation.

Just checked it and it is ok.

Not yet:-)

But it is my first priority now that (hopefully) everything will be stabilized.

Actually I will implement an import/export function for the database so everybody will be able to save and exchange datasets.

Why in recips.zip is about 750 recips when in database is only about 100-150 sites ?

Maybe make it so that a newer version can upgrade an older version instead of requiring the customer to uninstall the previous version before installing a newer one

on all germes sites i get this error
sorry canyt load our button and the recip is ther with the correct linking code

Also Just Checked and It has all the wrong recips on the pages it makes and it is making 2 pages for each submission andtheoneit wants to submit isnt the right one it doesnt have the recip for that site on it for ezxxample it tries to submit gallery2.html to sites that shouls be on gallery 1.html

Soemthing else that I found doesn't work is in the database area, when I click on the column header it doesn't organise the table by that column..

So for example in the name column clicking on the top should organise the table by the alphabetical order of the names column..
makes things a lot more organised and easier to find

What do you mean? You have to upload yourself the recip images to a directory on your site.

It does what? Are you sure about that? I have used the program and submit many times without any problems. If you have two pages for every submission then you probably have created pages two times with different naming rules.

Anyway, more info about your settings would be nice so I can investigate it

Hi PX wel i didnt change anything since i installed it and only made pages once using the default settings, Ihave uploaded all the images tothe correct place i check the pages too theyare right but when i go to submit to germes sites it says our button could not be loaded

I don't get you once more :-)

You have created and uploaded files. That is ok.
You should also upload (only the first time) the needed recips.

Then you go to submit sites. Since you havent altered the datagase to include the german sites how should you submit for them? And how could you create files with recips for them. Weird...

The program gives you a message like this?
"Submit has been disabled. The URL does not exists!"

More info would be valuable..

Hint: In order to submit for new sites you have to add them to your database.

Im not submitting to the Mpg sites just the tgp sites
I did ad one in to the mix easy pic and it made the page correct and everything wheni check it in my browser When i submit i dont get this error
"Submit has been disabled. The URL does not exists!"
Is when im on the site submitting and germes script checks for the recip it then goes thru the motions and it says cannot load our button

Ok, now i got you. Hopefully you have uploaded the needed recip.
If you want precice control on the recip you can add info on the recip-table fields (visible only at sites-full view mode)

Where do I find all the recip pics? Or do I have to download tehm one by one?

Once more, the program has been tested in windows 2000, windows XP (and I now for sure that it works in ME).

I don't know if it runs in windows 98 or 95. If anyone of you has tested on those environments with success let me know.

It is too hard to try it on every possible environment. However, it surely work for the majority of systems out there. Any broken or missing dll in your system may cause problems. Any feedback regarding your installation problem may help me figure it out.

- The exact error message and under what circumstances happened
- Your environment (windows version, memory, ets)
- Whether you have office installed or not

Didn't porncity have a semi-auto TGP submission tool?
It was web based I beleive it would be very helpful for added TGP's to this submitter

They Used to but it only has about 5 or 10 tgp's there now on the auto submit page

One more thing.

Soon I will add an import/export function which will allow everbody to share or save easily his site lists. This will solve the problem with sites quantity and hopefully will offer a way to keep a centralized always updated database of sites.
